Aqua x-28 is a liquid bacteria formulation designed to biodegrade fish and prawn waste in commercial fish and prawn farming. It improves the water quality and denies the pathogenic bacteria the required environment for them to thrive. The improved water quality enables the fish and prawns to grow faster and reduces the mortality rates. With shortened growth period to reach maturity, with reduced mortality rates and heavier fish and prawns, all these translate into bigger profits for the commercial fish and prawn farmers.

Through the de-nitrification process, AquaX-28 reduces the levels of ammonia, nitrite and nitrates in the water, leading to improved water quality which benefits the growth rate of the fish and prawns. Consequent to this process, disease prevention is increased, leading to healthier fish and prawns.

As AquaX-28 biodegrades the fish and prawn waste, it also clean up sources of excess of nitrogen, phosphorous and other pollutants to restore a healthy and natural environment to the body of water. As these nutrients are depleted, algae growth is retarded.
